Locations: Arcadia, WI or Charlotte NC

Part-Time & Full-Time Available

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional service to all customers through professional and friendly phone and email interactions.

Collaborate with diverse teams across sales, supply chain, credit, transportation, and distribution to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Resolve issues creatively and effectively, partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service.

What We’re Looking For:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with people of all backgrounds.

A welcoming and professional attitude, including excellent telephone etiquette.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating online tools.

Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive mindset.
