Based on the size of the BSCs and the related organizational structures, several Collections Supervisors will support the Credit and Collections function within a BSC. The Collections Supervisor is responsible for the daily activities of Collectors related to the collection function, including regional and/or cross-business unit customer accounts and close coordination with Regional Company management. The Collections Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling, training, performance evaluation, coaching, and deployment of resources within the department. This position will provide training and development of Collectors to maximize receivables turnover, minimize risk of loss and provide support to the Regional Companies in order to help effectively maximize sales growth and profitability. This will require an experienced person that has an understanding of collections, customer service, dispute identification and commercial transactions. The position will require the ability to lead a team of collectors in order to achieve the goals of the organization.Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of approximately 6-9 customer experience representatives.
Scheduling, training, performance evaluation, coaching, and deployment of resources within the department.
Provide training and development of Collectors to maximize receivables turnover, minimize risk of loss and provide support to the Division and Regional Companies in order to help effectively maximize sales growth and profitability.
The position will require the ability to lead a team of collectors in order to achieve the goals of the organization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred or a minimum of two years in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Two-plus years accounts receivable experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with some experience as a Customer Service Representative, a plus.
• Exposure to and knowledge of the contract law, secured transactions and bankruptcy issues
• Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
