As a key group within TD Marketing, the Customer Experience and Insights Team (CX&I) are enterprise change agents who champion the voice of our customers throughout the bank.  Our vision is to enrich customer's lives by ensuring every decision starts and ends with the customer. This role will report into a Senior Manager, CX Advisor in the Toronto office in Canada.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This 4-month summer term (May 5th – August 29th, 2025) will focus on various roles within the CX Advisor Practice supporting the business group customer journeys (i.e. Credit Cards, Everyday Banking, Secured and Unsecured Lending, Insurance, etc.).  The candidate will also have exposure to the Customer Experience & Insights team including: Brand Insights, Product Insights, ESG, Sponsorship Research, Diverse Communities Research, CX Measurement, CX Capabilities, Customer Engagement, and Behavioral Economics.

Work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision; establish priorities, and use your strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to each project you are a part of.Define opportunities for continued enhancements to the way customers interact with and experience TD, and make recommendations within assigned area of responsibility
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Psychology, or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work termDemonstrated leadership through volunteer activities, community involvement, work, or related experienceProblem solving skills and proven analytical capabilitiesQuantitative ability to draw insights from dataEnglish and French Bilingual is an asset but not a requirement.Excellent verbal communication and written communication skillsProven strength managing relationships.Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)A curious mindset that is persistently interested in uncovering the "why" behind identified customer problems.Resourceful with a "can do" personality. Comfortable reaching out to internal partners and building a network of contacts willing to help advance the CXI&I team's objectives.
