Colleagues in the Branch Resource Team must have access to reliable transportation to facilitate working in multiple branches

You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. Serves in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service. Effectively resolves customer issues. Strong comfort level with technology and educates customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) so they can bank more conveniently and better manage their money. Proficient in consumer deposit products and consumer lending. Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. Educates and refers customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships pursuant to OCR guidelines. Adheres to all operational, security, risk and regulatory related policies and procedures. Demonstrates acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication and engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions. You will be part of the Branch Resource Team and will support a defined group of branches in Huntington’s Branch Network presentation.

A Customer Experience Banker is a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. Basic Qualifications:

 High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.1 year in banking. Cash handling skills.Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Sign On Bonus details:

$1500 sign on bonus for hires into select roles as indicated in listed job posting.

$500 after 90 days of employment.

$500 after 180 days of employment.

$500 after 1 year of employment.

Promotion to run through 12/20/2024: Applications must be received prior to 12/21/2024. Must be employed in designated role and in good performance standing to receive payment.
