Ensures customer satisfaction by proactively monitoring the day to day execution of customer requests, and escalating any gaps in our service deliverables to the Account Management team and/or management. The CEC will perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports day to day account activities (e.g. quotes, customer communications, portal updates) Support Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives for assigned accounts to deliver exceptional customer experience. May be involved in the customer onboarding process Maintains data to drive customer analytics and help ensure execution to customer required SLA’s. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) & ability to learn various web platforms as required by our customers. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment and industry, a plus. Operate with autonomy and professionalism. Ability to interface across all levels of the Light Commercial organization and professionally with customers. Ability to work with and coordinate with multiple individuals across a team. Strong multi-tasking skills required. Ability to prioritize customers and tasks. Demonstrate customer service skills- ability to address customer issues and concerns. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES: 2-3 years in B2B Customer Service; experience in high volume, fast-paced industry preferred. Computer proficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer service issues with professionalism and urgency. Ability to work in team atmosphere.
