As a Host at Self-Checkout, your enthusiasm for helping customers will provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience. You’ll help customers feel welcomed and become a multitasking superstar – starting conversations, making connections, and efficiently serving each customer will be your expertise.

So, what can you expect as a Customer Experience Host at the Exchange?Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way.Oversee self-checkout units, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service.Answer questions, and assist with issues that arise (large items, scanning/weighing issues, payment issues, etc.)Monitor scanning activity to ensure scanning accuracyEnsure that self-checkout lanes are always maintained in a clean and orderly conditionMay assist with regular checkout stations as needed and other related duties as assigned.We know that you can work anywhere.
