Customer Experience Liaison

How you Will make a difference Understand customer experience needs of SHC facilities, home office and ancillary services. What you Need to make a Difference High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience. Minimum of two (2) years related experience in healthcare setting; LTC preferred. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice. Understanding of company products, services, and policies. Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
