As the Customer Experience Manager you will be responsible for:You are responsible for establishing, maintaining and optimizing the customer health management process for XPYou own key clinical success processes together with your team: clinical demo set and equipment, image reviews and collection, customer referencesYou lead a group of Clinical Success & Clinical Product Managers, fostering a culture of extreme ownership and accountability You will establish and manage qualification and KPIs metrics for the customer experience team’s engagement You will identify and manage overall customer health trends to help drive product and process improvements across functions and back to global product lineThis position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers:
You have demonstrated leadership experience – ability to motivate, set goals and foster accountability You have demonstrated ability to form relationships to effectively collaborate across a matrixed organizationYou have the ability to improve existing processes and approaches, as well as successfully implement and sustain.You are self-starter, self-motivated, have demonstrated a high level of initiative within a fast-paced, constantly evolving Healthcare environmentYou have deep knowledge of Siemens mammography and X-ray portfolio, workflow and processes, as well as experience on other vendorsYou demonstrate and apply advanced knowledge of strategic planning, cross-functional business practices, and operating procedures You Proactively share knowledge within own team and counterparts (incl. virtual & matrix team).Required skills to have for the success of this role
