environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
• Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement, production, shipment, delivery, and
cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer while making decisions related to prioritization and organization of the order-to-cash process.
• Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions that impact customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to applicable parties regarding order status.
• Manage, maintain, and organize 100 orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field required
• Years of Experience: P1- 0 years of experience required/ P2- 2 or more years of experience required
• Software Knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce preferred
• Customer facing experience preferred
