Customer Experience Program Manager

Summary

That’s where you come in, we are looking for a Customer Experience Program Manager, to join our team.  This is a newly created role within the Global Technology team, that will be responsible for bringing our Retail Media Network to life through technology and digital capabilities.  Reporting to Director, Digital Channels Technology, you will be a key partner to our Global Customer Experience and Global Development teams.  This role will be based in United States.

Responsibilities

Key resource in the overall success of the retail media network and supporting components, aligning to the business objectives.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust retail media strategies, preferably with experience working on CPG & Convenience Consumer Goods brandsProficiency with key retail media platforms, technologies, and trends including programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), and demand-side platforms (DSPs).Trusted advisor for the Director, Digital Channels and other functional stakeholders on supporting the delivery of product and strategy. Works with the technology teams to align on expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Technical Owners, Product Lead and Application teams to define the product backlog and feature priorityCoordinates multiple teams (agile and waterfall) to manage all activities leading up to and including the release the defined product(s)Removes Product Level Blockers (e.g. dependency between teams)Ability to leverage KPIs, data, metrics, and apply learnings in real timeRobust learning agility, with the demonstrated flexibility, grit and ownership to learn new platforms and skills as the needs of the business continue to growDeep understanding of ad tech across various channels, including DSP, Paid Search, Onsite & Offsite Retail Media, etc.Positive, entrepreneurial spirit with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to deliver under tight timelines and adapt quickly to changeAbility to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersAbility to travel in North America and Eastern Europe as needed

Qualifications

Must be obsessed with delivering results, thinking big and “finding a way”, and have an external awareness and curiosity to innovate and disrupt.Must have a self-starter attitude and be constantly seeking solutions to any challenges raised5+ years of technical product/program management experience, preferably in Retail Media NetworkAgile/SAFe product management experience and planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) preferredExcellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skillsProven record of managing multiple projects at onceAbility to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment.Bachelor’s Degree RequiredAn ideal candidate should have technology design, delivery, and production support expertise for large-scale omni-channel technology teamsDemonstrated facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and prioritiesDemonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
