Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in the Manufacturing industry, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications • Maintaining accurate and updated customer credit records • Review and evaluate the accuracy of data entered through our automated system • Enhance our CRM system by adding data points to train our AI for future orders • Notify customers promptly in case of discrepancies in pricing, quantities, or payment terms • Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding order status and returns • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry is required to accurately record customer information and interactions. • Strong Customer Service skills are essential for effectively addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues. • Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) is necessary for managing and processing orders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data analysis and reporting. • Experience with Purchase Orders is necessary for tracking and managing customer orders. • Understanding of Manufacturing Costs is required to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
