Customer Experience Specialist
Description MUST BE ENGLISH/SPANISH BILINGUAL We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is located in Tampa, Florida, United States, and operates primarily within the industry. The position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing a unique platform for customer service operations. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, as well as online chats and emails • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date customer credit records • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account activity • Utilize CRM, Epic Software, Avaya CMS, and other computer programs to manage customer interactions • Leverage SAP and About Time software to assist with billing and benefit functions • Provide bilingual customer service in English and Spanish, addressing the needs of a diverse customer base • Keep up with the transition from traditional call center operations to more online inquiries • Assist customers with their needs, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Requirements • Proficiency in Avaya CMS to manage customer interactions effectively • Strong skills in various computer programs to handle diverse tasks • Familiarity with CRM software to maintain customer relationships • Experience with Epic Software to manage customer data • Ability to use About Time software for effective time management • Experience in answering inbound calls to handle customer queries • Proven ability to assist customers, ensuring their needs are met • Knowledge of benefit functions to assist customers with their benefits-related queries • Understanding of billing functions to help customers with their billing issues • Proficiency in SAP for efficient customer service management.
