Customer Experience Specialist
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in Maplewood, Minnesota. This role is based on-site and centered around delivering top-notch customer service through various communication channels. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications to maintain a smooth workflow. • Ensure detailed records of customer interactions are maintained, contributing to a comprehensive customer management system. • Assist with customer orders and returns, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved. • Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product and policy information, fostering a reliable and trustworthy service. • Collaborate effectively with sales and support teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in these platforms. • Respond to inbound calls from customers with a detail oriented and helpful attitude, embodying the company's high standards of customer service. • Proactively identify potential process improvements based on customer feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement. • Uphold a customer-centric company culture and high detail-oriented standards in all interactions, contributing to a positive workplace environment. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to assist customers, exhibiting a strong problem-solving mindset. • Experience in data entry, showcasing attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, demonstrating strong computer literacy. • Familiarity with approval processes, indicating an understanding of workflow management. • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, highlighting interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
