Description We are in search of part-time Customer Experience Specialists to join our team in the telecommunications industry based in Lawrence, Kansas, United States. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in handling customer interactions, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional service to our clientele. *4-6 weeks, every 3 months. *Shift times can vary from 7am-5pm and split shifts *Typically, Tuesday-Thursday, sometimes Monday or Friday's Responsibilities: • Accurately handle incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate virtual meeting room • Ensure strict attention to detail in verifying customer information such as last name, first name, conference ID, and company name • Utilize computer programs and CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records • Actively monitor customer accounts and respond to any issues or inquiries • Assist customers by providing comprehensive support and solutions to their inquiries • Ensure all customer interactions are processed efficiently and effectively.
