Description
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for a Credit Union's members via phone. Your ability to provide a friendly, professional, and concierge-level service will set the tone for their entire interaction with us. You will handle a diverse range of member inquiries and connect them with the right resources for further support, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
+ Concierge Phone Services: Answer inbound calls and determine the nature of the members’ inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
+ Information Gathering: Collect and confirm relevant details to better understand members' needs and ensure accurate assistance.
+ Basic Inquiry Support: Provide resolutions to basic questions, such as account information, online banking navigation, and credit union services.
+ Escalation Management: Seamlessly transfer calls to the appropriate departments or specialists for in-depth assistance when necessary.
+ Member Experience: Consistently deliver exceptional service to promote member satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
+ Experience: 2+ years of experience in a call center setting.
+ Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and provide clear, concise assistance.
+ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess needs quickly and determine the best course of action for members.
+ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with phone systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and basic computer skills.
+ Customer Focus: Passion for helping others and providing a positive, professional experience in every interaction.
