Customer Experience Specialist - I

As a Customer Experience Specialist I at Liberty Hardware, you will provide essential servicing support to both consumers and customers. This role involves addressing servicing inquiries, supporting project-based rollouts, processing orders, handling product claims, and participating in special projects. We are looking for candidates with call center and computer experience, as well as a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address servicing inquiries from consumers regarding Liberty Hardware products and stay updated on technical aspects of products.

• Support Customer Experience Specialist II in project-based rollouts and account maintenance for customers.

• Process hand orders and manage order processing tasks for consumers and customers, including resolving order errors.

• Intake product claims through various contact channels such as phone, email, and instant messaging.

• Meet specified metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Utilize de-escalation skills to handle challenging situations effectively.

• Demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset by engaging in activities that benefit the business financially, save time, and reduce waste.

• Participate in special projects as directed by management.

Experience:

• Continued education or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.

• Salesforce and call center experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly
