Customer Experience Specialist I

The Customer Experience Specialist I will deliver exceptional Customer Service to our internal and external customers. Under the general direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Specialist will assist customers and stores with basic O’Rewards and retail sale conversations via phone and messaging platform.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Provide support to customers and stores for the O’Rewards program.

Assist with customer internet account issues.

Resolve billing or shipping questions for online customers.

Assist customers with gift card calls and questions.

Assist customers with fulfilling their online orders.

All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi task

Strong keyboarding, email, spreadsheet, word processing skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Desired:

1 year of O’Reilly store or similar retail experience 
Experience in the automotive aftermarket involving customer service, product liability, and quality control 
Basic knowledge of automotive systems 
Bilingual
