HYBRID Position in Jupiter, Florida: Remote Work Possible after 3 months after completing in office training!

 

Starting Rate at $18.00 per hour for bilingual french speaking representatives

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide timely, efficient, and professional service to all customers and partnersReceive inbound calls to assist in installations, connectivity, or configurations of new and current devicesOrganize and prioritize outbound calls related to device connectivity and device health.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  

Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary state or federal licensing requirements.
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required: Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experiencePrevious call center experience requiredWork history must demonstrate each of the following:A strong understanding of Customer Service and Customer RelationsYou are a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learnThe ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making Closing
