Position: Customer Finance Operations Coordinator - 'Trade Spend Coordinator'

Location: Bloomington, MN 

Responsibilities:

Manage Trade Promotions: Oversee audits, claim validation, payments, accruals, and compliance with policies and contracts for rebates and price deviations.Analyze and Optimize: Evaluate deductions, monitor trends, and recommend strategies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.Collaborate and Resolve Issues: Work with customers, sales, and internal teams to address discrepancies and maintain strong relationships.Data and Reporting: Ensure claim data integrity, support financial decisions, track performance, and communicate trade risks and strategies.Compliance and Controls: Monitor adherence to internal guidelines and controls for trade spending and payment processes.System Utilization: Leverage trade tools and systems for tracking, reporting, and aligning with business goals.Cross-Functional Support: Contribute to departmental initiatives, cross-train, and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience preferred

Years of Related Experience: 0-3 years related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Basic to intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Word Excel, Microsoft Office and OutlookBasic to intermediate ability in the accessing entry of information into and retrieval of data from electronic databases such as SAP.Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.Basic ability to conduct numeric analysisThe ability to work effectively within limited amounts of supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
