Position Overview:

Join our Customer Financial Services team as an intern, where you’ll support the administration of collections, cash application, and deduction management processes. This role offers valuable experience in credit approval and managing customer accounts, contributing to the financial goals of Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer calls and assist the CFS team with inquiries. Post incoming checks and accurately assign customer chargebacks. Research unapplied cash and resolve issues with necessary departments. Assist with the Lock Box download process and resolve any system issues. Provide documentation to internal and external customers as requested. Support month-end duties, including cash account reconciliation.
