The Customer Fulfillment Associate (CFA) is the point person for the successful delivery of our product to customers.  The role is to work closely with the Sales Team to ensure flawless execution of customer fulfillment.  This position will be located at our greenhouse location(s) and will require flexible hours to align with harvest and packaging schedules.  This role reports to the Customer Fulfillment Manager.

Responsibilities:

Daily Collaboration with Harvest/Pack team on product availability.Align with Sales Executive and Demand and Supply Manger on cross supply.Fulfilment Ownership including product allocation and tracking.Facilitate customer reconciliation programs.Support proper shipping documents for order including but not limited to BOLs and pack slips.Data entry of daily customer orders and booking PO appointments.Own and Maintain Purchase Order TrackerCommunicate Change Order Requests for approvals and fulfillment.Complete Customer InvoicesNetSuiteCustomer Portals, Itrade, SPS, Nova, BurrisNew Customer/Item setupLogistics requests

Qualifications and Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)Valid Driver's licenseExperience with Netsuite a plusExperience with Customer Fulfillment Programs (I trade, Food Link, Manhattan) a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, organization, and time managementAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.Proficiency with MS office products including Excel, Outlook, and WordMust be able to meet deadlines.Positive attitude and solid work ethic

Additional Notes:

Travel 10% to 15% Annually
