Customer Implementation Analyst
*In office position working Monday-Friday*
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Customer Implementation Analyst to oversee the delivery the implementation of our software solutions to our customers to ensure that rollouts run smoothly and effectively. In this position you will proactively reach out to TSD customers and business partners providing excellent customer service in ensuring satisfaction on all software solutions.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Perform customer account configuration and implementing software modules.
-Ensure the quality of customer deliverables and other documentation.
-Document each customer contact within ticket, noting details of incident or request, customer contact information, and progress or resolution.
-Participate as the team’s liaison between our customer base and internal departments.
-Make recommendations for process improvements or procedural changes including training, documentation, and presentation to other departments.
