Our Dispatch product optimizes and manages patient transport logistics, reducing response times for emergency cases. We're leaders in our field, actively saving lives across Europe, North and South America, and Australia. In the U.S. alone, we manage 20% of all medical transports.

About the role


The Customer Integration Engineer will focus on creating effective integration solutions to support our clients. This position involves developing integration components for our Dispatch application to align with client needs, collaborating with internal experts, and balancing technical, business, and product considerations. The right candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and values delivering high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include developing, designing and implementing integration solutions, addressing technical issues, tailoring our offerings to meet client needs.

You will build new and maintain existing integrations components for our Dispatch application, working tight together with Implementation Engineers. Our system is built on .NET/C#. You will be based in our Plzen, Prague or Copenhagen office.

You are passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our customers and their communities. In your roles as a Customer Integration Engineer can expect to:

Work closely with Implementation Engineers and Clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored integration solutions. Design, develop, and manage APIs, and custom integrations. Document integration components. Act as a technical resource for internal teams. Identify potential risks in the integration process and proactively address roadblocks.

Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field is preferred. Solid Experience as .NET/C# developer. Experience with integration platforms and understanding of APIs, web services, and cloud integrations. Proficient in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and familiar with SQL. Effective problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams. Organized, able to manage multiple projects, and comfortable in a dynamic environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands.
