To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a a Customer Lifecycle Management Strategist to help us do extraordinary things. We are looking for a seasoned CRM leader to build a lifecycle marketing strategy for Mac. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the customer journey from the ground up in partnership with marketing and development teams. You will stitch together various touchpoints throughout the customer’s lifecycle from digital (on-line) to the physical (in-store). You will leverage complex data sets, automation and more to deliver the best customer experience in a way that feels magical, personal and seamless. Does this sound like it could be you?
