Job DescriptionResponsible for the organization, coordination and control of all relevant workflows and processes in the context of order processing. First customer contact for all logistic related topics.
- Manage the relationship with existing customers
- Support the Regional Sales and KAM
- Generate customer settings in SAP and Sales Force
- Handling of order booking, lead times, deliveries and complaints
- Daily communication with respective areas
- Scheduling order confirmations and deliveries according to the orders
- Compliance with relevant instructions and regulations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- University degree in the field of Logistics, Economics or other related area
- 1-3 year experience of customer service
- Language knowledge: fluent communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Open minded, team player attitude
- Focus on deadlines
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
