Own, develop and execute ‘Go-to-market strategy’ for defined segment within the business unitSupport sales growth, customer retention and profitability of the business through strategic planning and execution of marketing programs.Develop deep insights into customer processes, pain points, value drivers to deliver innovation that will address customer needs and drive market shareProvide sales force with leadership and marketing support, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence and actionable reportingDevelop in-depth customer and market knowledge. Communicate market needs and opportunities.Execute marketing strategies, programs, and pricing strategies which will meet profit objectives for the business unit.Assist in developing sales and customer training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needs.Provide competitive intelligence to the field sales teams to counter competitive offers.Stay current on market standards, trends and practices and understand impact on Ecolab product line and business.Lead cross functional teams, as needed, to deliver project results.Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree (MBA in Marketing preferred)12+ years of professional experience in the B2B marketing / sales in a complex, multi-level selling environmentProficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the InternetPreferred Qualifications:
