Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is a crucial part of our Internal Marketing team. The Customer Marketing Manager works directly with our Marketing and Operations teams to support our customer growth and satisfaction to increase both new and existing business.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with Operations team to drive customer growth and revenue
Work with internal teams and customers to build case studies and highlight wins
Drive customer reviews to relevant sites
Coordinate customer meetups and customer event engagement
Work with marketing team to build and execute a customer engagement playbook
Work with the Operations team and Portfolio growth team to deliver assets to drive NRR.
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Responsible for personal productivity and utilization
Work closely with Service Directors to ensure their growth goals are being achieved
Build programs to win-back customers who have moved on to other companies
Support and grow existing referral programs
Manager our marketing communication strategy with customers
Work with sales and operations to ensure an accurate CRM that helps us deliver growth
Market to our current customers to keep them informed on all products we offer to drive expansion
What You Offer
3+ years experience working in or with B2B SaaS
2+ Years in a Customer Marketing Role
A good foundational understanding of B2B marketing specifically when it comes to paid ad strategy and CRO
Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Incredible collaborator and driver of execution
Great communication skills and experience both internally and externally
Proven success driving customer growth metrics - Know your numbers!
