We’re searching for a Customer Onboarding Administrator to join our Billing team so that we can enhance and streamline the customer onboarding experience. The Customer Onboarding Administrator will manage and process the onboarding of new and existing customers across North America to ensure a seamless and efficient experience, enabling timely invoice payments. How You’ll Spend Your Time Build a robust and efficient new client onboarding process Ensuring the registration and completeness of client portal setups to enable smooth transactions. Uploading invoices to client-side applications to facilitate timely payments. Managing and maintaining up-to-date login information for each client-side application to ensure operational efficiency. Completing and submitting Vendor Registration Forms to establish successful client relationships. Handling daily inquiries and directing queries to the appropriate department for swift resolution. Providing clients with up-to-date documentation and company information, such as banking details and taxpayer identification. Collaborating with the North America Collections & Billing teams to ensure all client onboarding tasks meet SLAs. Performing any other ad hoc customer onboarding duties as needed. What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having Experience in customer onboarding, administration, or a similar role within a finance, billing, or operations team. Proven success in managing customer relationships and ensuring operational efficiency. Strong attention to detail with an accurate, logical, and methodical approach to work. Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is highly advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, sales operations, and procurement.
