Location: Local to GA and willing to go onsite 1 x per week
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Office Requirement: Primarily remote, with in-office attendance up to four times per month
Client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our growing Regulatory Team. This role focuses on handling high-volume consumer disputes and regulatory complaints from agencies such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Attorney General (AG), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, FCRA regulations, and experience working directly with regulatory agencies.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to consumer disputes and regulatory complaints in a timely and professional mannerDraft and submit written responses to consumers and agencies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulationsAnalyze and assess complaint details, identifying key issues and providing strategic resolutionsMaintain accurate documentation within Salesforce and other tracking systemsWork collaboratively with the Regulatory Team to improve processes and uphold compliance standardsPrioritize and handle a high volume of cases, managing 8-20 tickets per dayStay up to date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practicesQualifications & Skills✅ Experience in Compliance & Regulatory Affairs (FCRA knowledge required)
✅ Previous experience handling complaints through BBB, AG, CFPB, or Credit Bureaus
✅ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume workloads efficiently
✅ Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
✅ Self-sufficient, independent worker with a team-player mindset
✅ Positive attitude, strong drive, and commitment to meeting deadlines
✅ Proficiency in Salesforce is a big plus
