About the RoleAs a Special Services Coordinator, you will handle critical claims related to damaged products, shortages, and billing discrepancies, ensuring our customers receive the support they need. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales teams, and finance departments regarding credit and debit requests.
Perform in-depth research to validate claims and recommend resolutions.
Collaborate with shipping facilities, transportation vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve order issues.
Provide root cause analysis through ad-hoc reporting and recommend process improvements.
Build and maintain relationships across departments to enhance customer service and drive cost reduction.
Manage special projects and support changes to existing processes.
Identify trends in customer requests and suggest innovative solutions to prevent recurring issues.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a knack for building relationships and streamlining processes.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service, AP/AR, and transportation.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and problem-solving.
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years of supply chain experience.
Track record of operational excellence and innovative solutions to customer challenges.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
