Customer Order Administrator with French

Being part of the team, you will have the capacity to handle high complexity orders and key customers. You will handle customer orders via the business/ERP systems accurately and in a timely manner; keep Sales Offices / customers continuously updated on the status of the orders.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensure the on-time and complete entering of multi-BU orders in the ERP system. Check trade compliance issues for each order.  Generate order acknowledgements.  Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time and complete. Keep a close contact with internal – external customers/Sales Office to inform of any delays and problems. Keeps the Sales Office informed at all times of the status of all orders and provides accurate and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders. Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices. Conduct data management activities using the ERP system.  Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems (CRM, Oracle, OCM, etc). Follow up on orders to make sure they are produced and shipped on time.   Manage the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actions in a timely manner.

 

For This Role, You Will Need: 

University degree  1 year experience in an administrative role would be a plus Languages: English & French (B1-B2 level) PC skills: MS Office, Internet

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Previous experience in customer service Oracle knowledge
