The Customer Order Engineer will be part of Naples Engineering team providing technical support for Control Valves (Masoneilan) and Safety Valves (Consolidated). He/She will support Requisition EngineeringTeam in identification/creation of new part numbers (material/quality requirement). He/She will be deeply involved in the NPC (new part creation) process by supporting other functions (i.e. order entry for spare components in converting legacy part numbers to global part numbers).

As Customer Order Engineer,he/she will be responsible for:

Elaborating and creating of new part numbers for control and safety valves, using software and ERP platform such as SAP, TeamCenter and other specific software.Supporting Global and Local Requisition Engineering Team in the productionizing process of legacy part number by identification of global drawings, material and quality codes; search and investigation through multiple legacy ERP/database.Supporting Global and Local Requisition Engineering Team in the identification and creation of new Material /Quality codes to be used in Bill Of Materials.Reviewing customer specifications to develop Quality Control Plans.Naples POC for GTS/TRS related activities, including certification check and block removal (embargo/export/TRS); tagging and classification in the ERP system of items for export purposes.Managing PLM related activities (from creation to obsolescence).Supporting to material BOM creation in the PLM.Supporting the maintenance of the item master.Supporting custoemr for orders reviews and spare identification.Performing other assignments from engineering manager.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Mechanical Engineering degree/ Science, Technology degreeBe fluent in listening, speaking and writing English. Have ability to read manufacturing drawings of mechanical components. Have knowledge of main PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred).Have knowledge of main ERP systems (SAP preferred).Be matured, patient and detail-oriented. Have knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
