Customer Order Specialist

Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in manufacturing industry.
+ 2+ years of processing orders and using an ERP system.
+ HS Diploma or GED minimum,
+ Microsoft Office Proficient.
Hours: Monday through Friday (fully onsite)
8am to 5pm
Responsibilities
+ Process all orders and load them into the company software program.
+ Confirm deliveries based on production workload, consulting the production manager when needed.
+ Work as a team member and assist in the absence of other team members.
+ Process all claims in the system and forward them to the quality department.
+ Assist the Key Account Manager with issuing monthly reports and statistics.
+ Issue and process all paperwork related to shipping (labels, packing slips, invoicing) and schedule pick-ups with truck companies.
+ Issue pick orders to the warehouse department to ensure timely shipments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
