As a Customer Order Specialist with French, you will manage and monitor the end-to-end sales order flow, focusing on handling exceptions within your EMEA team.
Your role includes:
Creating projects in SAP MP1 using the correct sales order/contract type
Monitoring Handshake cases from the DMS tool (order received)
Creating chapters/phases in the project based on the split received in the Bob Quote
Processing invoices for projects according to company procedures, based on customer acceptance documents
Providing the required documentation to auditors
You're the right fit if you:
Have 2 years of experience in a matrix organization, within Order Management role or Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service
Possess good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results
Can prioritize your work and have strong attention to detail
Are proficient in both French and English (C1 level )
Have working knowledge of SAP or/and Salesforce
