Customer Program Coordinator
A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a Customer Program Coordinator at MKS, you will partner with Key Account, Customer Service and Planning teams to support our critical customers program needs. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Materials.You Will Make an Impact By: + Organizes and handles a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environment + Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing + Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met + Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts + Communicate effectively and professionally with external and internal customers + Foster a respectful and positive environment for both colleagues and customers + Use Excel and other tools to develop customer deliveries based on their needs and MKS's abilities Skills You Bring: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + Years of job-related work experience + 5+ years related experience + Experience working directly with customers + Experience with Excel, Outlook and Word + ERP Experience (Oracle/SAP) Preferred Skills: + APICS CPIM Certification #LI-ST1 Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
