This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionManage global/local projects after acquisition phase to SOP thorough quality gates (QG) ensuring project goals are met (cost Time and Quality).Monitor project progress and performance against the project plan, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.Manage project budgets, ensuring that project expenditures and profitability are tracked and controlled.Support the acquisition team in driving business growth and expansion.Identify opportunities for cost improvements (RPP) and execute it till implementation.
 

Qualifications

⁠Educational Background: 

Bachelor / master's degree in engineering or a related discipline

Qualifications:

Excellent in English verbal and writtenSeveral years of experience in project management or related fields.Automotive industry experience is preferable.Having the project management certifications is a plus.Project Management Processes and Methodologies. Budgeting and Financial ManagementProject Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira)Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, and drive project success.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Negotiation: Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, vendors, and team.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
