About this opportunity:
The Customer Project Manager (CPM) ensures that a contract for products and/or services is delivered to the satisfaction of the customer and Ericsson. To do this the CPM details and clarifies the project scope, secures the necessary resources, and plans and monitors all necessary activities. To be successful the CPM, depending on the project category and complexity, the CPM and must engage with the Customer, Ericsson Regional Organization, 3rd party suppliers and Ericsson Global Resource providers.
We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
What you will do:
• Accountable for successful delivery of assigned deployment projects as per scope & margins within agreed timelines.
• Will be leading and Managing the entire circle project team.
• Will be establishing the project baseline plan: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, and plans and monitor all activities
• Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
• Ensure weekly and monthly project status reporting highlighting Gap’s, Risk and mitigation plans with support required. Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary to right stakeholders
• Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
• Ensuring that required resources for execution are on boarded with right competence.
• Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
• Ensuring that Ericsson guidelines (for Project Management) are deployed and measure their effective compliance within the organization.
• Handle project finance: Ensuring periodic financial system monitoring & KPI adherence (GC)
• Tracking of site acceptance and invoicing on monthly basis along with GRN.
• Develop the business: explore AOS opportunities.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Develop the CPM discipline: Automation adoption to simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.
• Project Documentations: Evaluate project requirements, identify, and resolve ambiguities, and create all required documentation including but not limited to scope statements, project schedules, risk mitigation plans, issue logs, status, and cost reports to be presented to internal and external customers. (Eri-doc Updaiton and Global Cronos tool compliances)
• Ensuring compliance to all processes defined in Ericsson way of working (PDB, OHS, PTW, RSA, NSS, Checklist, Site audit, Monthly inventory signoff etc.)
• Responsible for monthly governance internal & external.
Additional Requirements:
15-25 years of Project Management experience, PMI /PRINCE certifications - The CPM is expected to be certified.
Knowledge of Contract management & fulfillment.
3rd pp supplier’s management experience.
Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools & presentation skills.
Any Automation Tool Experience will have added advantage
