Your role:


Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced, Quality/Regulatory environment? Are you committed to delivering best-in-class quality expertise to customers? Look no further: our Customer Quality Agreements Team (LS-QR-SN) is recruiting a Quality Agreement Expert (all genders). Quality Agreements (QAAs) are legally binding contracts covering essential Quality/Regulatory requirements negotiated between our company and our valued customers. QAAs are a mandatory component of the supplier qualification process and a foundational prerequisite for conducting business across the pharma, biotech, food, and diagnostic industries.
In this role, you will serve as a quality liaison to our largest regional Process Solutions customers, actively supporting and leading negotiations of these critical contracts. You will align external requirements with internal stakeholders and departments (including Commercial, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction. The scope of your responsibilities covers all manufacturing sites and products within our Life Science business, with a special focus on Process Solutions offerings for regulated pharma markets.
Beyond providing in-depth quality expertise to our key customers, you will play a pivotal role in advancing global harmonization and optimization initiatives across Life Science. You will become a subject matter expert and a trusted partner for numerous internal teams. Who you are:


• University/College degree (Master’s preferred) in a scientific or engineering discipline
• Significant experience in a Quality and/or Regulatory role, ideally possessing solid knowledge of pharma regulations and Process Solutions products (upstream/process/downstream solutions)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business-fluent English
• Demonstrated customer-focused mindset; customer-facing experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills, with enthusiasm for high-impact, multi-stakeholder interactions
