**Job Description**
Danfoss Climate Solutions (Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning) is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer who is passionate and driven to apply technical expertise to quality methodologies in order to uphold high-quality standards for our customers.

You will join a dedicated team of 9 skilled colleagues, where you will actively contribute to building a quality culture by promoting the right mindset throughout the organization and supporting the execution of the yearly improvement plan.
This position is based in Nordborg, but relocation may be possible for the right candidate.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Quality Engineer, your primary focus will be ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards for our customers by leading quality initiatives and fostering collaboration across teams.
You will work proactively with front-end functions to understand product usage in customer applications and contribute to improving product satisfaction. Additionally, you will support Local Inspection Centers to ensure rapid and valid responses to customer inquiries, maintaining seamless communication.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Leading 8D reports for customers, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to claims and corrective actions.
+ Driving cross-functional teams to implement the 8D methodology originating from customer complaints.
+ Coordinating factory QRQC processes and involving relevant functions based on failure symptoms.
+ Acting as a Quality Coordinator within IT systems like IQOS and Salesforce.
+ Managing containment actions to minimize negative impacts on customers.
In addition, you will initiate Quality Red Alerts from customer complaints and maintain relevant quality data to keep management informed.
**Background & Skills**
As a potential candidate, you have a solid technical foundation and practical experience that enable you to effectively apply quality tools and methodologies in a global manufacturing environment. Your educational background and hands-on experience will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key qualifications include:
+ 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
+ A bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
+ Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, FTA, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.
+ Knowledge of relevant quality standards, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
+ Fluent in English; Danish language skills are an advantage.
