Danfoss Mexico is looking for a Customer Quality Lead with a technical background who is passionate and motivated towards delivering best quality and continual improvement. As Customer Quality Lead You will be responsible for Manage & develop the systems (processes) & projects for Customer Quality within CT so compliance to IATF and all customer requirements are met. Lead larger (global) projects supporting CT Customer Quality, Participate in DPS CCH Council and coordinate all CQ related onboarding activities for new employees, Support all merger activities related to CT CQ.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.  

Facilitate Customer PPAP process to be operated on a global scale for CT Division. Lead larger projects like implementing direct HW returns to manufacturing sites. Represent CT in DPS CCH council to ensure aligned global DPS process approach. Drive quality development through key customer performance review and customer portal data alignment.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Tool/methods owner: Optimize and globally deploy common tools and methods within CT CQ. Customer PPAP: Ensure global execution according to global Customer PPAP process.  Training: Plan and execute training of new processes and systems to the entire CT Customer Quality organization. Internal audits: Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with all required processes. DPS CCH council: Actively participate in meetings and provide input and feedback on CT CQ requirements. CQLT CT: Member of the CT CQLT. Special projects: Lead special projects for CT CQ. Key Customers: Monitor performance, address quality issues, align customer portal data. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

6-10 years' Experience in Customer Quality Automotive experience (preferred). Technical background with experience within manufacturing and process control (preferred). Experience with product engineering and application engineering would be highly desired.  Experience or degree in quality control / engineering field is desirable.
