This is a temporary-based role for ~ 18 months

 

Key responsibilities:

As customer R&D, you will act as the face of the customer by advising them on applications and the choice of the right products/developments. You will provide them with technical support and training (product range, applications) and technical services when needed. Working with the sales team and marketing, you will create new market opportunities by leveraging the customer network and product innovations. Working with Product Experts, you will deliver clear briefs as a base for NPI and organize the coordination of the projects internally and with the customer. Maintaining a good overview of customer capabilities, product portfolio, future projects, and launches will also be key.

 

About you:

Master's degree in Food Science / Business administration or similar. 3+ years’ experience in the food industry. Experience in project management and leadership. Outstanding presentation skills. Experience in client interaction. Good knowledge of working tools (MS Office, Salesforce, SAP). Fluency in business English. Knowledge of any other language will be an asset.
