Responsibilities:

The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at our stores by assisting management with customer focused programs.  This individual works closely with the management team to ensure they are aware of their satisfaction scores and what they can do to improve them.  The Customer Relations Representative also makes certain that customer service related manufacturer requirements are met.

Lead CR process management at assigned store(s), by observing, installing, and training approved CR processes.Develop continuous improvement plans for assigned store(s), by documenting observations and conducting meetings with management.Be able to explain, score, and calculate manufacturer survey data.Maintain a working knowledge of the Customer Service Center and Performance Dashboard.Bill out and complete the wholesale Review and manage Sales Staff TimekeepingAssist with Inventory manageAssist with Dealer Trades paperworkUsed Vehicle purchases paperworkSales Administrator plays a key administrative role in supporting the Sales TeamReview of the Logs for sales and purchasingManage sales schedules in dashboard/prep entriesPlaces the order for business cards and name tagsPrepare Sales BonusesCoordinate vehicle keys, to ensure proper handling for drivers’ pickups and drop-offs to maintain smooth OperationsSupporting the sales desk managers to streamline on going issuesAssisting the SGMOther duties as assignedQualifications:Previous Customer Service or Administrative experience preferred.Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel.Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.Ability to manage one’s own time.
