Customer Relations Rep
Baierl Honda is looking for a Customer Relations Representative who thrives on providing an excellent customer experience. Do problem-solving skills come naturally to you? Are you confident enough to resolve customer complaints? Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquires and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Answering/ Routing callsCreating AppointmentsScanning Repair OrdersRequirements:
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
Comfortable using computers.
Excellent verbal, phone, written and email communication skills.
Experience working with customer support.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid license in state of residence.
