Customer Relations Specialist
Job Title: Owners Relations Specialist- (Customer Service / Data Entry)

Job Description

We are looking for someone to help assist landowners across various areas of the business, working with different departments to address issues, manage document control, and respond to inquiries. You will scan documents into the internal database, create and monitor Salesforce accounts and cases, prepare and mail Change of Address and ACH forms, and process new or revised owner account data. You will also answer incoming calls on the Owner Relations hotline, create and maintain strong relationships with interest partners and industry peers, and research owner inquiries related to discrepancies in payments, interests, and settlements.

ResponsibilitiesScan documents into internal database as neededCreate and monitor Salesforce accounts and casesPrepare and mail Change of Address and ACH formsProcess new or revised owner account dataAnswer incoming calls on Owner Relations hotlineCreate and maintain strong relationships with interest partners and industry peersResearch owner inquiries related to discrepancies in payments, interests, and settlementsConfirm decimal interests by calculating various interest types such as working interest, net revenue interest, NPRI, overriding interests, Take in Kind (TIK)Analyze data to confirm leasehold HBP status, including but not limited to GIS Maps, the person and GlancerReview lease documents to confirm lease term, royalty percentage, gas price, deductions, and market enhancementProvide assistance to the legal department to resolve claims and civil mattersOther Land Department responsibilities as assignedEssential Skills0-2 years of experience in a related fieldHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to build strong relationshipsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to manage stressful situations to a positive outcomeProfessional demeanor and proven ability to work in a team environment across cross-functional teamsSelf-motivatedAbility to adapt and work under pressureAbility to prioritize workflow based on specific deadlinesDemonstrated ability to positively influence peers via actions and directives to accomplish organizational goalsPossess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExcellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and cloud-based CRM applicationsAdditional Skills & QualificationsOil and Gas background would be beneficial0-2 years of administrative background with customer service experienceNo degree required, but a diploma is neededPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.05 - $20.33/hr.
