Customer Relations Specialist - Denmark based - Norwegian Language


Job Description:

The Customer Relations Associate will be based at our office in Denmark, but will support our Norwegian market. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This position deals front line with our customer in Norway and represents our company and customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for receiving, monitoring and processing customer orders and requests in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism Responsible for handling order and requests from Sales Reps, Direct customers or distributors in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalismResponsible for handling credit and re-bill requests from Doctors, Distributors and/ or Sales Reps to correct any invoice mistakes in an efficient way.Main point of contact for (dedicated) Sales reps during the day for a quick and dedicated service for both the external as well as the internal customerResponsible for supporting Sales Reps in upselling products Interface with other departments through CRM to ensure that customer’s service requests are processed in a timely mannerProvides customer with accurate information regarding our products and sales promotionsResponsible for making sure that complaints are handled or put through to the right department for a quick follow upComplies with ISO procedures

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably working for an international companyMust be fluent in Norwegian, including fluent in English, capable to verbally communicate with customers and management. All other Scandinavian languages are a plusExcellent communication skills (friendly, positive and efficient)Intelligent and pro-active in finding solutionsIndependent and accurateExcellent phone voice and skillsReliable and high sense of responsibility and urgencyAbility to operate computer systems (Oracle, CRM & Excel)Resistance to stress and ability to prioritize
