What you can look forward as Customer Relationship Manager:
Build Strategic Plan (long term growth planning) and Operating Plan (short/mid term sales planning) and pursue achievement. To promote a new project to JOEMs and supporting smoothly running series production to coordinate our customers and ZF side. Seek opportunities for further business growth Use internal resources to incorporate RFI (Request For Inquiry) and RFQ (Request For Quotation) processes Leading of Promotion for new Opportunity and Business Facilitate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and support SOP (Start Of Production) Analyze business and report to Sales Leader Collect, communicate and visualize voice of customer
Your profile as Customer Relationship Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering Excellent communication skill in local language and English language Experience in automotive industry, mechanical industry or electronics industry General knowledge for commercial Strong negotiation skill and passion Basic skills for SAP, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word..) Intimate customer knowledge is preferred
