Customer Relationship Manager
CTG is seeking to fill a Customer Relationship Manager for our client in Chicago, IL. **Location:** Chicago, IL (hybrid remote) **Duration:** 12+ months, with possibility for extension **Duties:** + **Customer Relationship Management:** Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. + **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement plans to support Motorola's growth objectives. + **Sales and Inventory Management:** Achieve sales and inventory targets, continuously improving the end-to-end supply plan process. + **Demand Planning:** Forecast customer demand and manage the order book efficiently. + **Market Analysis:** Analyze customer sell-through trends and market data to inform decision-making. + **Order Processing and Tracking:** Ensure accurate and timely processing and tracking of customer orders. + **Product Allocation and Availability:** Manage product allocation and availability to meet customer requirements. + **Communication and Coordination:** Lead and present during weekly conference calls with both internal and external customers; coordinate with the factory production team to oversee product life cycles. + **Reporting and Documentation:** Utilize spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other organizational software to manage data and present findings effectively. **Skills:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams + Strong organizational skills **Experience:** + Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the mobile or technology industry + Experience in supply chain planning and operational initiatives is preferred **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position is $38.46/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
