Customer Relationship Specialist

Accountabilities:

Consistently perform core and general customer support and fulfillment tasks including, but not limited to, assigning leads and processing emails for Law360 and Lexis Nexis products and providing professional communication with internal and external customersAssist with the processing of orders from initial review to basic account set up. This includes, but is not limited to, basic order functions including order review, account creation, order processing in accordance with established business rulesProactively execute & provide guidance on sales requests including processing & tracking contracts, -customer access, firm changes, etc.Effectively communicate with internal customers (i.e. Sales, Accounting, Fulfillment and Collections, etc.) fostering collaborative relationships among different teamsMaintain existing reports and deliver simple reports based on the requirements of the supported segment.Support operation processes related to order processing, contract management & order submittalFamiliarity with basic functions for MS Word and MS Excel (formatting, formulas, pivot, short-cuts) and MS Access.Analyzes and generates  reports; makes recommendations as he sees effective for better customer experience as requestedAdhoc Tasks initiated by REPH and BURecord account related activity in appropriate internal systems as well as Ability to organize & consolidate information from multiple systems & reports for analysisEnsure data integrity & quality across key reporting systems to provide consistency of dataManage daily account & customer maintenance, as requiredCollaborate with sales & service teams to continually improve processes & procedures to improve efficiencyDevelop & maintain relationships with enabling functions (Finance, Operations, VC, IT, HR) to facilitate effective collaboration & execution of organizational objectivesDocument relevant operations process workflowOther duties as assigned

Requirements:

BA/BS requiredProficient in MS Office, Google Apps and other commonly used business applicationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills1-3 year(s) professional work experienceDeveloped customer focus skillsImpeccable follow up and time management skills and the ability to multi-taskAbility to handle stressful situations with patience and flexibilityExcellent attention to detailThis position is ideal for an entry-level professional with prior sales or customer service experience.
