The Commercial Office is an integral part of Places for People. This is an exciting time to join a growing business function.

More about your role 

We are looking to recruit a Customer Research & Insight Manager on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Research Manager, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of a group wide customer panel. As well as having ownership of the platform on a daily basis, you will be responsible for building and developing the external panel provider relationship.

In addition to supporting the business, you will look to gain an understanding of the insight requirements to recommend, design and deliver programmes of research to meet information needs.

Embedding insight across all group businesses and working collaboratively with the wider team, you will ensure that outcomes are defined and provide recommendations where required.

More about you 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of panel development as well as management in a commercial insight capacity. Experience analysing and interpreting customer data as well working in customer segmentation on the design, delivery and application of customer insight programmes within a Panel environment is also desired.

Experience & Skills

Proven Panel development and management in a commercial insight capacity within a client-side environment Experience working with customer segmentation in the design, delivery and application of customer insight programmes within a Panel environment Experience of VoC analysis or performance analysis to inform panel activity (TSM/NPS/CES) and develop joined up strategic narratives A proven track record of managing insight across suite of research methodologies Excellent communication skills
