Responsibilities The Customer Research Intern will support the marketing team by conducting research and analysis to better understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends. This role will assist in gathering data through surveys, interviews, and market analysis, and help interpret the findings to inform marketing strategies. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to provide insights that improve customer engagement and contribute to targeted marketing campaigns. Work directly with the Customer Research and Analytics Director and Customer Research Analysts to learn the day-to-day functions of a Marketing Department in specifically primary and secondary consumer research. Design and program customer research surveys based on business questions as dictated by mentor Coordinate with the customer research team to pull sample lists based on survey requirements. Analyze results from primary and secondary research and build a PowerPoint reports summarizing the findings. Analyze customer data to identify trends in the market by pulling data from Microsoft SQL server, using PowerBI dashboards, and performing advanced analytics. Using customer data to measure campaign and strategic initiative effectiveness. Use customer insights to help guild business decisions by presenting results to internal stakeholders Complete project assigned at the beginning of the internship Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field.
